Writing Center

The Writing Center, which is run by the English Department, is located in the Center for Learning Resources. Trained tutors are available to help students in the following ways:
- ease writing anxieties
- clarify assignments
- brainstorm ideas and topics
- plan and organize term papers
- determine revision strategies
- give guidelines for avoiding recurrent grammatical errors.

Writing Center hours are posted on the door.  Be sure to schedule your appointment in advance.  (Please note: The Writing Center's hours of operation vary during exam-time.)
